This conversation is a taster for Facilitators who desire to stretch and really engage with deeper human aspects of people, groups and their empowerment – in the service of enabling authentic enriching, effective shifts, and fresh options for their clients, from beneath the water-line Facilitation intervention journeys with them.
We’ll explore and experience:
- Navigating the tensions between our dreams and our reactive fears these triggers (aka focal conflicts) ,
- Working with Psychodrama/Sociodrama (Action Methods aka Moreno)
- “Making Visible the Invisible”- in the service of a search for resilient and enabling responses amidst these tensions
The approach nourishes the surfacing and flourishing of fresh, creative responses to situations, manifesting as an embodied congruence between thought, feeling and action in these (responses) that offer new outcomes and pathways for personal and system shifts and Change. These concepts are applicable to any role (personal or organisational) and anyone, seeking fresh situational (at any scale) outcomes and change initiatives for improved journey navigation.
