DESCRIPTION:In this session\, participants are invited to bring a real\, un
 resolved challenge related to their facilitation practice\, work context\,
  or strategic direction.\n\nRather than trying to “solve” problems\, w
 e’ll use futures-informed sensemaking to explore these situations from n
 ew angles\, surfacing assumptions\, uncertainties\, and possible ways forw
 ard.\n\nWe’ll also reflect on what this kind of work requires from facil
 itators: judgment\, restraint\, and the ability to hold ambiguity without 
 rushing to action.\n\nUseful for:\nThis session will be useful for facilit
 ators who want to practice applying futures thinking to messy\, real-world
  situations\, and to observe how sensemaking can be supported without turn
 ing into advice-giving or coaching.\nWhat’s the point of this SIG?\nThe 
 Facilitating Futures &amp\; Foresight SIG focuses on helping facilitators 
 help others make sense of change\, identity\, and choice\, using futures a
 nd facilitation approaches.\n\nSessions are designed as “learning-by-doi
 ng” and “learning-by-sharing” experiences. You don’t need prior fu
 tures expertise. Come curious\, willing to reflect\, and open to engage.
