 ures people find imaginable\, desirable\, or inevitable\, and what this me
 ans for facilitators working with groups around change\, strategy\, and un
 certainty.\nExpect time for practical exercises and reflection. You’ll h
 ave the opportunity to examine your own assumptions about the future\, not
 ice differences across perspectives\, and experiment with simple ways of o
 pening up narrative space in facilitation.\nWe’ll close by reflecting on
  what narrative awareness makes possible in practice\, and the responsibil
 ity facilitators carry when shaping conversations about the future.\nUsefu

 r ability to work with meaning\, culture\, and worldview when supporting g
 roups to make sense of change.\nImportant: we often use breakout rooms\, w

 The Facilitating Futures &amp\; Foresight SIG focuses on helping facilitat
 ors help others make sense of change\, identity\, and choice\, using futur
 es and facilitation approaches.\nSessions are designed as “learning-by-d
 oing” and “learning-by-sharing” experiences. You don’t need prior 
 futures expertise. Come curious\, willing to reflect\, and open to engage.
