 versation with facilitator\, author\, and educator Beth Cougler Blom as 
 we explore the ideas behind her new book\, Everyday Acts of Facilitation.
 \n\n​We'll kick things off with a Interview-style conversation\, where w
 e'll sit down with Beth to uncover the stories behind the book\, the every
 day moments that shaped her facilitation practice\, and the lessons she di
 scovered along the way.\n\n​But don't worry! You'll also have the chance
  to bring your own questions and join the conversation.\n\n​Then we'll m
 ove into small group discussions around three themes from the book:\n\n​

 e\n\n​✨ Giving the right amount of help\n\n​For each topic\, Beth wi
