Author: Alwin Put, Co-Creation Architect | Culture & Innovation Activator | Leadership Facilitator | Author of Unlock Collective Genius (2024) & Captains of Leadership (2021)
Alwin is a facilitator, innovation consultant, and author who helps teams unlock their collective intelligence. With a background in design thinking, brand strategy, and co-creation, he has spent his career helping organizations transform meetings, workshops, and strategic conversations into spaces where real thinking and collaboration can happen.

Over the years, he has worked with international companies and leadership teams to design and facilitate innovation processes, strategy sessions, and culture-building initiatives that bring out the best thinking in groups.

Alwin is the author of Captains of Leadership, a book about the art of facilitation and how leaders can guide groups toward better thinking and stronger decisions, and Unlock Collective Genius, which explores how teams can create the conditions for powerful co-creation and breakthrough ideas.

Through his work, writing, and workshops, he explores a simple but powerful belief: the most valuable ideas rarely belong to individuals, but to groups that learn how to think, listen, and build together.
