 ionships\, and human growth.\n\nBringing together African\, Asian\, Middle
  Eastern\, Indian\, and Indigenous perspectives alongside contemporary lea
 dership thinking\, mosaic leadership emphasises cultural intelligence\, co
 llective wellbeing\, relational awareness\, and openness to multiple ways 
 of knowing and leading in an increasingly interconnected and multicultural
  world.\n\nAbout the speakers:  \n\nJonathan Passmore (UK) is an internat
 ionally respected chartered occupational psychologist\, executive coach\, 
 researcher\, and author with over 40 years of experience across the public
 \, private\, academic\, and nonprofit sectors. Having held leadership role
 s with organizations including IBM and PwC\, he has coached senior leaders
 \, politicians\, and executives around the world. Jonathan is widely recog
 nized for advancing the coaching profession through his extensive research
 \, global teaching\, advisory work with professional bodies such as Intern
 ational Coaching Federation\, and more than 40 published books on leadersh
 ip\, coaching\, ethics\, mindfulness\, and organizational development.\n\n
 Dr. Badri Bajaj is a thought leader\, author\, and practitioner in coachin
 g\, wellbeing\, and leadership. He has published books with leading intern
 ational publishers\, including Routledge\, Wiley\, and Pavilion. He is 
 the co-editor of Mosaic Leadership: African\, Asian\, Middle Eastern and 
 Indigenous Perspectives and co-editor of The Health and Wellbeing Coache
 s Handbook. He is also the author of Happiness A to Z. Dr. Bajaj was nomi
 nated for the prestigious Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award 2025 a
 nd also received 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders Award. Dr. Bajaj has wo
 rked with individuals across 15 countries and has delivered presentations 
 on coaching in the UK\, the USA\, and India for diverse organizations.  H
