SUMMARY:Managing Group Conflict
DESCRIPTION:Conflict is a natural part of group work\, but how we notice it
 \, respond to it\, and help groups move through it can make all the differ
 ence.\nJoin IAF New York for a 90-minute peer learning session on Managing
  Group Conflict\, facilitated by Deb Seidman.\nRather than a traditional w
 orkshop\, this session will be an opportunity for participants to share re
 al-world challenges\, experiences\, and practical tactics for recognizing 
 and navigating conflict in groups. Together\, we’ll explore what works\,
  what doesn’t\, and the different approaches facilitators use when group
  tension starts to emerge.\nCome ready to share your experiences\, learn f
 rom fellow facilitators\, and exchange practical ideas you can take back t
 o your own practice.\nAll are welcome\, including non-IAF members.\nHow to

 ity safe and relevant\, new participants will first be asked to complete a
  short survey about their facilitation experience and interests. Once appr
