This session is an open, participant-led space for exploring questions, topics, or tensions related to futures, foresight, and facilitation.
Rather than working with a pre-defined tool or theme, we’ll collectively surface what feels most alive or relevant for those in the room, and use light futures-informed facilitation to explore it together.
You are invited to bring:
- a question that you want help answering
- a topic that you want to explore through a futures lens
- or a theme emerging from your work or context
The session will be lightly structured to support focused conversation, shared sensemaking, and reflection, without aiming for conclusions or outputs.

This session is suited to facilitators who value open inquiry, peer learning, and emergent conversation, and who are curious to see what surfaces when futures thinking is held lightly.
Important: we often use breakout rooms, whiteboards, and plenary discussions. Please be prepared to turn on your camera, use your mic, and participate.
