SUMMARY:Personal Futures: Foresight for Individuals
DESCRIPTION:In this session\, we’ll explore how futures and foresight app
 roaches can be applied at an individual level\, to support reflection on i
 dentity\, work\, and direction in times of change. Rather than focusing on
  prediction or goal-setting\, participants will use simple futures prompts
  to explore multiple possible futures for themselves\, noticing assumption
 s\, tensions\, and choices.\n\nThrough guided individual reflection and op
 tional sharing\, we’ll examine how personal assumptions about the future
  shape present decisions\, the value of exploring multiple futures rather 
 than a single “plan”\, and what facilitators need to be mindful of whe
 n working with personal futures in group settings. We’ll close by reflec
 ting on how these approaches can be used responsibly with clients\, teams\
 , or communities\, without crossing into coaching or therapy.\n\nUseful fo
 r:  This session will be useful for facilitators who want to better unders
 tand the human dimension of futures work\, and how foresight can support c
 larity and agency at an individual level.\n\nImportant: we often use break
