SUMMARY:Read the Room\, Build Connection\, Facilitate with Impact
DESCRIPTION:IAF Latin America &amp\; Caribbean (LAC) Shine Online Series\nO
nline facilitation comes with a unique set of challenges: distance\, distr
action\, fewer social cues and the constant challenge of keeping people co
nnected and engaged through a screen.\nThis session explores how facilitat
ors can use emotional intelligence to create online experiences where part
icipants feel seen\, psychologically safe\, included and motivated to cont
ribute.\nThis is not a general lecture on emotional intelligence. Instead\
, the focus is on what emotionally intelligent facilitators actually do di
fferently before\, during and after an online session and how these practi
ces can strengthen connection\, participation and learning.\nWhat will you
gain?\nBy the end of the session\, participants will be better able to:\n
\n\n Recognise the emotional and relational challenges that come with onl
ine facilitation.\n Monitor and manage their own emotional state\, energy
and presence.\n Read the virtual room using limited verbal and non-verba
l cues.\n Create psychological safety\, connection and inclusion in onlin
 e spaces.\n Respond constructively to silence\, resistance\, disengagemen
t and disruption.\n Design emotionally intelligent moments that sustain p
articipation\, connection and learning.\n\nJoin the IAF Latin America &amp
\; Caribbean (LAC) Shine Online Series for a practical exploration of how
emotional intelligence can help facilitators turn the challenges of the vi
rtual environment into opportunities for deeper connection and more meanin
 gful participation.\n\nRegister here
