DESCRIPTION:In this session\, we’ll explore how silent and low-verbal fac
 ilitation approaches can be used to support futures thinking\, sensemaking
 \, and inclusion in group settings.\n\nWorking with short prompts and stru
 ctured reflection\, participants will engage in a futures exercise that re
 lies primarily on writing\, noticing\, and patterning\, rather than discus
 sion.\n\nWe’ll close by reflecting on how facilitators can intentionally
  design for pace\, inclusion\, and cognitive space when working with futur
 es and uncertainty.\n\nUseful for:\nThis session will be useful for facili
 tators who want to experiment with calm\, accessible\, and reflective appr
 oaches to futures-oriented group work.\n\nImportant: we often use breakout
  rooms\, whiteboards\, and plenary discussions. Please be prepared to turn
  on your camera\, use your mic\, and participate.\nWhat’s the point of t

  facilitators help others make sense of change\, identity\, and choice\, u
 sing futures and facilitation approaches.\n\nSessions are designed as “l
