 ? Which ideas deserve further attention? Is the group ready to move forwar
 d with a recommendation?\n\nFacilitators are often called on to help group
 s make decisions in the moment. In this session\, Diane Kilcoyne and Louis
 e Robson\, will explore practical techniques for moving groups from discus
 sion to decision\, from quick temperature checks to consensus-building app
 roaches.\n\nWho is it for?\n\nPeople who facilitate (or would like to) as 
 part of their everyday work\, whether or not "facilitator" appears in thei
 r job title.\n\nWhat to expect?\n\n 	A 90-minute free online session.\n 	A
  short presentation + breakout conversations (4-6 people) to discuss and c
 ompare approaches and a gallery walk to hear insights from each breakout.\
 n 	It's more conversation than lecture\, so come ready to share your exper
 iences\, ideas\, and questions in a friendly\, informal format.\n 	Connect
  with fellow Small-f Facilitators\, build your facilitation toolkit\, and 
 leave with new ideas for helping groups move from discussion to decision.\
 n\nTechnology Prep: We will be using Zoom for video/audio and Mural (a vir
 tual whiteboard) for this session. If you aren’t familiar with Mural\, p
