DESCRIPTION:Have you ever tried to manage a discussion where one voice domi
 nates and others struggle to be heard? Or watched the time tick away as th
 e conversation went into a rat-hole? Have you presided over an activity th
 at flopped? Then this session is for you. Diane Kilcoyne and Louise Robson
  will share practical tips for keeping your facilitated session on track.\
 nWho is it for?\n\n\n 	People who facilitate (or would like to) as part of
  their everyday work\, whether or not “facilitator” appears in their j
 ob title.\n 	All levels of facilitation experience are welcome.\n\nWhat to
  Expect\n\n\n 	A short presentation + A breakout conversation (4-6 people
 ) about using the tips + a “gallery walk” to hear insights from each 
 breakout.\n 	It’s more a conversation than a lecture\, so please be read
 y to share your experiences in a friendly\, informal format.\n\nConnect wi
 th fellow small-f Facilitators and elevate your impact within your organiz
 ation. Let's make facilitation magic happen!\nTechnology Prep: We will be 
 using Zoom for video/audio and Mural (a virtual whiteboard) for this sessi
 on. If you aren’t familiar with Mural\, you can watch two minutes of thi
 s video (from 13:30 to 15:20) for basics that you’ll need for the sessio
