I joined IAF in 2015 to pursue my Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF) designation. While my journey with IAF began through certification, my appreciation for the organisation has grown through a deeper understanding of the important role it plays in advancing facilitation as a profession around the world.

As Executive Director, I have the privilege of seeing both the dedication of our members and the work required behind the scenes to sustain a strong global association. IAF exists because of members who share their expertise, support one another’s growth, and uphold the standards that strengthen our profession.
