What if AI could take care of more of the meeting workload without taking the human out of facilitation?

As part of its ongoing exploration of how artificial intelligence is shaping the facilitation profession, the IAF Artificial Intelligence (AI) Special Interest Group invites you to join Blair Bryant, Co-Founder of AloeLuma, for an introduction to a new AI-native, human-led meeting system designed specifically with facilitators in mind.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore how AI can support facilitators across preparation, administration, synthesis and reporting, while keeping human judgment, connection and facilitation at the centre. Blair will share a perspective on how AI is reshaping the meeting and electronic whiteboarding landscape, and what these developments could mean for the future of our profession.

The session will include a live AloeLuma demonstration, followed by an open discussion and reflection on the opportunities and questions emerging around AI-enabled facilitation.

Whether you are already experimenting with AI in your practice or are simply curious about where this technology is taking us, this session offers a practical opportunity to explore what is possible today and what might come next.
