We are delighted to celebrate the success of the recent Facilitation Impact Awards (FIA) Ceremony, a meaningful moment of recognition, appreciation, and community for facilitators, organisations, clients, and partners across our global network.

This event once again highlighted the power of facilitation in creating positive, lasting impact within teams, organisations, and communities. It was a privilege to honour those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to professional standards and transformative practice.

This year’s awards were presented across three levels:

  • Silver Awards – recognising strong achievement and consistent application of facilitation standards
  • Gold Awards – celebrating advanced practice, impact, and sustained excellence
  • Platinum Awards – honouring outstanding mastery, leadership, and exemplary contribution to the field
