Beyond the agenda, the tools and the bag of tricks, facilitators have an unspoken contract to provide safety for each participant who enters the workshop – virtual or face to face. Participants want to know “Can I be myself here? Can I share my truth?”

The answers to these questions will determine the level and depth of participation and make the difference between surface-level participation and true transformation.

Workshop participants want to feel safe. We, facilitators have the power and responsibility to ensure psychological safety is present in our workspaces to allow participants a transformational experience.
