In Part 3 of the Self and the Facilitator Identity Series, we turn our attention to AI and what it means for how we work and how we understand ourselves as facilitators. In this community of practice session, co-hosted by Jenny Burch and Anthena Gore, we will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and facilitation identity: what AI can do, what it cannot, and what remains distinctly human in the work we do.

Through peer conversation, shared experiences, and collaborative sense-making, we’ll reflect on where we are now, where we’re headed, and what this evolution means for our practice. No expertise is required. Just curiosity, candor, and a willingness to think out loud together.

Hosted by the Indiana–Chicago Chapter. Open to all.
