Join the Flow Ahead Team, Fernando and Carolina, for a hands-on, highly participatory two-day workshop exploring Liberating Structures and how they can transform the way groups work together.
Liberating Structures are a collection of practical methods designed to help groups engage more voices, generate better ideas, and create more meaningful participation in meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and other group processes.
Throughout the workshop, participants will experience the structures themselves rather than simply learning about them. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to practise, reflect, and explore how these methods can be adapted and applied to your own work and group settings.
