Join us as we welcome our first guest host, Mamie Smith, to guide a conversation about what pulls facilitators off center — and how to find our way back.

- A short presentation + A breakout conversation (4-6 people) about using the tips + a “gallery walk” to hear insights from each breakout.
- It’s more a conversation than a lecture, so please be ready to share your experiences in a friendly, informal format
