Join us for the first Facilitating Futures & Foresight SIG session of the year.
In this session, we’ll explore what futures are already shaping facilitation, and how facilitators can begin to position themselves thoughtfully inside those futures, particularly in relation to their work, visibility, and offerings.
Using a signals-to-sensemaking approach, we’ll map emerging patterns in facilitation and surface the strategic questions they raise.
Before the session:
Please come ready to briefly share one or two things you are noticing about facilitation in your world (e.g. client needs, market shifts, tools, expectations, tensions). These observations will form the raw material for our collective sensemaking.

This session will be especially useful for facilitators thinking about how their work may need to evolve over the coming years.
