Every participatory process takes shape thanks to a well posed question.
Every good facilitation practice is born from the ability to listen… and to ask.
Questions open up space. They create room. They invite reflection, dialogue, exploration, and learning.
Knowing how to formulate authentic, generative, courageous questions is a core competence for anyone who facilitates.
It is also a political gesture, an act of care, an invitation to suspend judgment in order to explore new possibilities.
At #FACILITA2026 we will reflect on the power of questions:
- What kinds of questions move people and groups?
- How can we create the conditions for good questions to emerge?
- What role do questions play in processes of change?
- How does a transformative question come into being?
Three days to listen, to formulate, to explore and also to leave some answers open.
Because sometimes, in facilitation as in life, true transformation begins with a question that continues to work within us.
Il tema di #FACILITA2026: LE DOMANDE NELLA FACILITAZIONE
Ogni domanda è un invito.
Ogni cambiamento comincia da una domanda.
Ogni processo partecipativo prende forma grazie a una domanda ben posta.
Ogni buona facilitazione nasce dalla capacità di ascoltare… e di chiedere.
Ma è anche un gesto politico, un atto di cura, un invito a sospendere il giudizio per esplorare nuove possibilità.
A #FACILITA2026 ci interrogheremo sul potere delle domande:
- Che tipo di domande muovono le persone e i gruppi?
- Come si creano le condizioni per far emergere buone domande?
- Che ruolo giocano le domande nei processi di cambiamento
- Come nasce una domanda trasformativa?
Tre giorni per ascoltare, formulare, esplorare e… anche lasciare in sospeso qualche risposta.
Perché a volte, nella facilitazione come nella vita, la vera trasformazione nasce da una domanda che continua a lavorare dentro di noi.
