We’re excited to share that IAF has started using Cvent to enhance our conferences and events, and our first big step is now well underway!

The IAF Oceania Conference team is using Cvent’s Attendee Hub, which is now live. The Speaker/Facilitator group has already been invited into the Attendee Hub, and they’ve also been given access to the Speakers Resource Centre, where they can update their own sessions and add resources. It’s a powerful feature that gives speakers more ownership of their conference experience.

The Attendee Hub is currently going through a Beta testing phase, with the wider attendee launch taking place on 1 October 2026, in time for the IAF Oceania AGM. The Beta phase will run until 6 October, after which the leaderboard will be cleared and the app will move into full conference mode.

And this is just the beginning. The IAF Europe & Middle East Conference will also be using Cvent, including the Event Website and Attendee Hub, as we continue expanding how we use the platform across IAF events.

Because an IAF conference is about much more than attending sessions. It’s about meeting people, exchanging ideas, discovering new perspectives and building connections across our global facilitation community.

We hope Cvent will help us make those experiences even richer, smoother and more connected for everyone attending IAF events.
