Dear IAF Community,

One of the things I value most about IAF is the diversity of our community. Across countries, cultures and areas of practice, we are connected by a shared belief that meaningful dialogue helps people, organisations and communities navigate complexity and create positive change.

Our Association continues to grow because of the many people who contribute in different ways. Whether through professional practice, volunteer leadership, chapters and regions, certification, or by supporting fellow members, every contribution strengthens our Association and the profession we share.

As we look ahead, I believe our greatest strength is our ability to build on the foundations created over the past 30 years while remaining open to new ideas, new perspectives and new opportunities for our profession.
