Over the past two years as IAF’s Executive Director, I’ve been continually impressed by the expertise and commitment of IAF members around the world. Much of my role happens behind the scenes; supporting strategic priorities, strengthening our global community, and ensuring that programs and services continue to reflect the needs of facilitators around the world.
This month, we’re inviting members to contribute to an exciting new initiative: the development of an Internal Facilitation Credential. As organisations increasingly recognise the value of facilitation skills within their own teams and systems, it is important for IAF to explore how we can best support and recognise this area of practice.
This work is still in its early stages, and the Advisory Committee will play an important role in bringing member perspectives and practical experience to the conversation. If internal facilitation is part of your professional experience, I encourage you to consider applying. IAF is at its best when members share their expertise to help strengthen our community and profession.
