Dear IAF Members,

One of the greatest strengths of IAF is the commitment of our members to supporting one another, advancing our profession, and contributing to a thriving global community of facilitators.

As we announce the slate of candidates for the upcoming IAF Board elections, I want to take a moment to recognize the importance of member leadership and the vital role our Board plays in guiding the Association.

Serving on the Board of a global, member-driven association like IAF is both a responsibility and an opportunity. Our Board members bring diverse perspectives, professional experiences, and regional insights to the table, helping to ensure that the decisions we make reflect the needs and aspirations of our international community. Their leadership is essential to strengthening our Association, supporting our members, and advancing the value and impact of facilitation around the world.
