Join Julia Slay of Facilitation 101 and Kyra Hall-Gelly of NeuroTribe UK for a short, light-hearted, interactive, thought-provoking introduction to trauma-informed facilitation skills.
They will share some of the key principles of a trauma-informed approach and will be invited to select two principles to explore in practice in small groups. Through ‘opposite thinking’, roleplay, observation and discussion participants will have the opportunity to understand more deeply how their chosen principles show in the thoughts, feelings and behaviours of the groups they work with.
To foster trust and collaboration we ask that all participants have their cameras on for this session and are in a quiet, private space to protect everyone’s safety and confidentiality.
