Mosaic Leadership: Expanding Perspectives in Leadership Development explores how leadership can be reimagined through diverse cultural, indigenous, and global wisdom traditions.

Contributing to the growing movement toward decolonising leadership development, the topic challenges the dominance of one-size-fits-all Western models and highlights the importance of epistemic diversity in understanding leadership, ethics, relationships, and human growth.

Bringing together African, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Indigenous perspectives alongside contemporary leadership thinking, mosaic leadership emphasises cultural intelligence, collective wellbeing, relational awareness, and openness to multiple ways of knowing and leading in an increasingly interconnected and multicultural world.
