Polarization is increasingly shaping teams, cultures, and facilitated spaces. Yet many tensions are not problems to solve, but polarities to navigate; interdependent values with both strengths and risks.
In this interactive IAF Learn & Connect session, participants will explore polarity thinking as a practical approach to navigating conflict and group dynamics. Through hands-on activities and conversation, we’ll experiment with polarity mapping and Deep Democracy tools to practice reframing divisive issues into constructive “both/and” dialogue. Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply in facilitation, leadership, and conflict navigation. –
